![]() Southern California’s network of toll roads includes the 91 Express Lanes owned and operated by the Orange County Transportation Authority, the 241, 261, 133, and 73 Toll Roads operated by the Transportation Corridor Agencies, and the I-15 Express Lanes and SR-125 in San Diego County. Customers on any of these roads may pay tolls from pre-paid accounts using a FasTrak transponder — a pocket-sized radio transmission device mounted to the inside of their vehicle’s windshield. On the 241, 261, 133 and 73 Toll Roads users may also pay cash at toll booths. The 91 Express Lanes are free to carpools with three or more people but vehicle must still have a transponder.
