Ridematching:

Ridematching starts with discovering who at your company is interested in ridesharing. We help you survey your employees. Survey data includes where they come from, where they work, as well as their start and finish times, and other information that goes into a database. Then we give each employee a RideGuide, a list of potential rideshare partners and/or public transit and rail information that will make it easy for them to start ridesharing. If you are an employer with more than 250 employees, our survey can also help you comply with South Coast Air Quality Management District requirements. During the rest of the year, you can get free ridematching assistance for your employees by calling 1-866-RIDESHARE and your employees can update their rideshare profiles online too.

Commuter Incentives:

Eligible employees may receive $2 per day in gift cards for the first three consecutive months when they try ridesharing. Once the incentive is over, we enroll ridesharing employees in Rideshare Plus, a program to keep them ridesharing by giving them discounts for goods and services they want. We’ll help kick start your program with free marketing materials and advice.

Guaranteed Ride Home:

People tell us that the main reason they don’t rideshare is that they might have to work late or go home suddenly to take care of a family emergency, such as a sick child. We have a solution—a free Guaranteed Ride Home. We provide a taxi or rental car up to four times per year for each ridesharing employee. Click here for more information on Guaranteed Ride Home
