511 Accessibility

How to Call IE511

Hearing impaired phone users can call 711, the national three-digit number for access to the Telecommunication Relay Services (TRS), to access 511.

Speech-impaired callers can similarly use 711 or can use the back-up, touch-tone system that IE511 offers. To access the touch-tone function, Press zero at each menu to hear the menu options and corresponding touch-tone commands. When you use the touch-tone system, press keys slowly and firmly.

The direct number for IE511 is 1‑877‑MYIE511.

Metrolink Menu
The Metrolink customer information center can provide information regarding Metrolink train schedules, trip planning, and other Metrolink information. Once you are transferred you exit Inland Empire 511. After you retrieve the desired information from Metrolink, you must hang up and re-dial 511 for additional information from Inland Empire 511.
First, from the Main Menu:

Bus Transit Menu
You will ususally be transferred to the customer information center of the bus transit operator you select. Once you are transferred you exit Inland Empire 511. After you retrieve the desired information from the bus transit operator, you must hang up and re-dial 511 for additional information from Inland Empire 511.

Rideshare Menu
Your call can be transferred to a rideshare specialist who can provide rideshare information, including carpooling, vanpooling, and park and ride lots, as well as information on special rideshare promotions, incentives, and employer assistance programs. Once you are transferred you exit Inland Empire 511. After you retrieve the desired information from the rideshare specialist, you must hang up and re-dial 511 for additional information from Inland Empire 511.
